Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT SEOUL

Welcome to one of the most vibrant cities in the world After you arrive at the airport, our representative will help you get transferred to the hotel in Seoul, where you can check-in. After the check-in, the rest of the day is for you to relax and get over the jet-lag. If you wish you can indulge yourself in activities like shopping and exploring nearby areas. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

SEOUL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, you will step inside the charming Gyeongbokgung Palace, and then visit the National Folk Museum, a showcase of ancient Korean people's daily lives. Next, stroll around the ancient lanes of Bukchon Hanok Village, and mingle with city residents in the vibrant Insadong Alley and Gwangjang Traditional Market. Note: Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesday and a visit to Changdeokgung Palace will be arranged on that day. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

SEOUL - ANDONG - DAEGU

Transfer to Andong in the morning. Spend the day exploring Andong Hahoe Folk Village, which has conserved Hahoe Byeolsingut Mask Dance Play performed by the public in general, and Seonyujulbul Nori enjoyed by the nobility called Yangban. Later, visit the Byeongsan Confucianism Academy and Traditional Paper Factory before you transfer to Daegu. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

DAEGU SIGHTSEEING, DAEGU - GYEONGJU

After breakfast, your first stop will be Daegu Arboretum, home to more than 1,000 species of beautiful plants, medical herbs, and trees. Afterward, you will spend time at the prestigious Haeinsa Temple. Paying a visit to the buildings of Janggyeong Panjeon and the Tripitaka Koreana, the most complete collection of Buddhist texts, engraved on 80,000 woodblocks between 1237 and 1248. Transfer to Gyeongju after the tour. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

GYEONGJU SIGHTSEEING, GYEONGJU - BUSAN

This full Private Tour takes you to the Royal Tumuli Park, displaying a collection of royal Shilla tombs; Anapji Pond, where royal families relaxed and enjoyed themselves; and Cheomseongdae Observatory, the world's earliest known existing observatory. Seokguram Grotto, one of Asia's finest Buddhist shrines, surrounded by Bodhisattvas and guardian deities. Bulguksa Temple, one of Korea's best well-known temples. After that, visit the Gyeongju National Museum and Shilla Pottery Kiln. Transfer onward to Busan by car. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06

BUSAN SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, go around the Busan city to visit the Beomeosa Temple and Gwangan Bridge. Continue to visit lively Jagalchi Fish Market, the largest fish market of South Korea; climb up to the Busan Tower in Yongdusan Park where you will get a bird's eye view of Busan city. Finally, explore the Gukje Market and Gamcheon Culture Village. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

BUSAN - JEJU ISLAND

After breakfast pick up from hotel & transfer to the airport to catch the flight for jeju. On arrival in jeju pick up from the airport & transfer to the hotel. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08

JEJU ISLAND WEST TOUR

After breakfast, head off on a full-day coach tour of Jeju Island’s west coast. You will have a 40 to 60 minutes of free time at each destination. Your first stop is Hyupjae & Gumneung Beach. The white sand beach has extra find sand mixed with shells that glitters with silver and the emerald-colored water is crystal clear. Proceed to Hallim Park. Hallim park is almost 100 thousand square meters, has a variety of gardens that can be enjoyed in any season. The most famous tourist sites in Hallim Park are Hyeopjaegul and Ssangyonggul Caves known to be the only two-dimensional caves in the world. Afterwards, you will have some time for trekking at Suweolbong. During your trek, enjoy gorgeous views as your professional guide tells you about the tale of Suweolbong. In case of rain, you will visit a World War II museum and have a chance to learn history of Jeju Island during the 2nd War. After lunch, the next destination is the O’sulloc Green tea field. At the O'sulloc Museum, not only can visitors enjoy unique O'sulloc teas, but they can relax next to the lotus pond in the indoor garden. Later, explore Mt. Sanbang, the unique dome-shaped lava mountain, created by nature. Mt. Sanbang is the result of violent volcanic activity some 700,000 to 800,000 years ago. The cliffs on the southern side of the lava dome are marked with a rich variety of curious formations such as weathering pits and talus scree slopes, some of which are as high as 200m. This mountain contains a cave, which is located about 150m above sea level and has a spectacular view out over the ocean. Before your tour concludes, you can visit Cheonjeyeon waterfalls or the Teddy Bear Museum, which is a filming location for the Korean drama "Princess Hour". Your tour will end at around 5pm at the last destination. After the tour finishes, you would be dropped off at the fixed drop-off point that would be the same as with the fixed pick-up point in the morning. Note: West Course sightseeing tour operates on – Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tour starts at 8:30 am. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09

JEJU ISLAND - SEOUL, LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Get an insight into the history and culture of Seoul Once you have your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport to board a domestic flight back to Seoul. On arriving at Seoul airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will take you to the hotel where you can check-in. After some time we will take you for full city excursion to Seoul. You will be taken to all the major charms of the city and the places that have rich historical and cultural importance. With Korea tour package, you will visit places like Gyeongbokgung Palace, the National Folk Museum, Jogye Temple, the National Folklore Museum, Ginseng Centre. The tour ends with your shopping at the most vibrant Itaewon Street. In the evening, you can continue with some more shopping, spend the evening at leisure or you can explore more city on your own. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10

SEOUL - KOREAN DEMILITARIZED ZONE (DMZ) TOUR

Today after a hotel pickup in a shared coach, travel to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), the world’s most protected border, dividing North and South Korea since the Korean War. Visit Imjingak Pavilion to see the artillery that was used during the Korean War. Walk to the Freedom Bridge and learn about the nearly 13,000 POWs who crossed it on their path to freedom in South Korea. See the Third Infiltration Tunnel, one of four known tunnels under the border between North Korea and South Korea. At the DMZ Museum, take a look at the photographs and war artifacts on display. Then head to the Dora Observatory to look across the DMZ into North Korea and learn about life on the other side. After a stop at the restored Dorasan Station, the railway station that once connected North and South Korea, proceed to the Unification Village to see what life is like in this small farming community. Later visit Paju Premium Outlet, a luxury shopping complex in Paju to the northwest of Seoul. This three-storey building is home to 220 outlet stores, with a mixture of international and designer brand names, plus local retailers. The complex is known for its discounted products, with everything from designer clothing and accessories to homeware and gifts offered at a reduced cost – sometimes with up to 70% off the usual retail price. Here, you can find individual brand stores such as Lacoste, Calvin Klein, CP, Theory, Stone Island, Wacoal, Venus, and many more that offers luxury items like luxurious leather and bags, designer fashion, sportswear& shoes. Day 11

DEPARTURE FROM SEOUL

Time to bid goodbye to Seoul After you have your last breakfast in Seoul, you can spend the morning at leisure to prepare yourself for the journey or you can engage yourself in some last minute shopping. After this, check-out from the hotel. Our representative will drop you at the airport from where you can board your flight back to your home. We hope you enjoy this Korea tour package with us.

Visa :

  • South Korean visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain Korean sticker visa from embassy before your travel to South Korea.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
  • You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under. 
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

  • From 20-16 Days :  50%
  • From 15-07 Days :  75%
  • From 06-00 Days :  100%

Refund Policy :

  • Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Special Notes

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. 
  • The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
