Day 01

ARRIVE, PARIS - FONTAINEBLEAU

After arrival at Paris International airport, meet our representative who will transfer you to Fontainebleau. Transfer by private coach with local assistance to the hotel in Fontainebleau. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Fontainebleau.

Day 02

GREZ-SUR - LOING - MORET-SUR - LOING

Buffet breakfast at the hotel - Transfer by private coach with guide to Château de Fontainebleau - Guided visit of Castle and gardens.

Transfer Fontainebleau for Grez-sur-Loing by private coach - Guided visit of Kuroda Seiki Steet gallery (stop), la Tour de Ganne (stop), Washing place (stop), Raw of houses (stop) - Continue to Moret-sur-Loing by private coach for a visit of Eglise Notre-Dame de la Native (stop), Sisley bridge (stop), aler Wheel (stop) and Sucre d'orge (stop) - Leave Moret-sur-Loing for Fontainebleau. Day 03

BARBIZON - VAUX-LE - VICOMTE

Buffet breakfast at the hotel - Leave Fontainebleau for Barbizon by private coach with guide via Milly-la-Forêt - Visit of Chapelle Sainte-Blaise des Simples (entrance) - At Barbizon guided visit of Atelier Milet (entrance) and Musée Départemental des peintres de Barbizon (entrance) - Lunch at Restaurant le Royal Barbizon.

Buffet breakfast at the hotel - Leave Fontainebleau for Troyes by private coach with guide - Visit by walk of the Old Town - Guided visit of Sainte-Madeleine Church (entrance) and Cathédrale Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul (entrance) - Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon dedicated to the guided visit by private coach of Yerres including the Caillebotte property overlooking the Yerres river (entrance) - Continue to Chantilly. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Chantilly.

Day 05

RUEIL - MALMAISON - CHATOU - ST GERMAIN EN LAYE - RAMBOUILLET

Buffet breakfast at the hotel - Leave Chantilly for Rueil-Malmaison by private coach with guide - Visit of the Château de la Malmaison (entrance), followed by a lunch in Chatou at la Maison Fournaise.

Afternoon dedicated to a visit by private coach with guide of the Castle in Saint-Germain-en-Laye (entrance) and Rambouillet (entrance). Dinner at local restaurant. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Chantilly.

Day 06

PORT-MARLY - CHATEAUFORT - VILLERS-LE - BACLE

Buffet breakfast at the hotel - Leave Chantilly for Port-Marly by private coach with guide - Visit of the Château de la Monte-Christo (entrance), Château d'If (stop), "house of Flood of Port-Marly" (stop) followed by a lunch in Châteaufort at local restaurant.

Afternoon dedicated to a visit by private coach with guide of the Maison-Atelier Foujita in Villiers-le-Bâcle. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Chantilly.

Day 07

CHANTILLY - ASNIERES-SUR-OISE - ROYAUMONT - SENLIS - PARIS

Buffet breakfast at the hotel - Leave Chantilly for Asnières-sur-Oise by private coach - Guided visit of the Château de Chantilly (entrance) - Lunch at restaurant La Dame Juliette (Galette menu).

Leave Chantilly for Royaumont by private coach - Guided visit of Abbaye de Royaumont (entrance) - Continue to Senlis for a walking tour in the Old Town. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Paris.

Day 08

PARIS SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at hotel. Join your tour manager this morning for a tour of this mesmerising city. View the grand Champs Élysées, Place de la Concorde and Arc de Triomphe, built by Napoleon in the 19th century. Delve into its hidden squares and secret passages, visiting one of Paris's most historic neighbourhoods and a favourite local haunt that remains a secret to outsiders. 'Dive Into Culture' this morning when we visit Fragonard Parfumerie for a visit with a certified 'nose' who will guide you in the creation of your own unique fragrance. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at Paris.

Day 09

DEPARTURE

After breakfast, it's time to bid Paris au revoir as you prepare to return home after a memorable break in one of the world's greatest cities. Later get transferred to Paris International airport as per your flight schedule.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Schengen Visa required for Indian passport holder to visit Europe. You need to obtain visa from embassy before your travel to Europe.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Before 31 Days : 00%
From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
