Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE IN ISTANBUL

You will be greeted at the airport by one of our representative, he/she will accompany you to our vehicle and you will be transferred to your hotel directly. Free day in Istanbul. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

ISTANBUL OLD CITY SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel by your guide at 09.00 am to visit the Byzantine and Ottoman Relics found in Sultan Ahmed area. The tour is on foot as the places of visit are walking distance to each other. You will visit Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Harem of the Palace and Basilica Cictern. The tour ends with Grand Bazaar tour, the most popular historical shopping center of Istanbul. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

DOLMABAHCE PALACE, BOSPHORUS & PARA TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. Departure from your hotel at 08.30 am and start the day by visiting Dolmabahce Palaca, the last residence of Ottoman Sultans located on the shores of Bosphorus. Following the palace, you will get on Bosphorus boat for a tour of about 2 hours. You will view Ciragan Palace, Bosphorus bridges, Rumeli Fortress, Beylerbeyi Palace and Maiden’s Tower during the tour from the sea. In the afternoon, you will visit Istiklal street and Pera District packed with an arbitrary scattering of music and bookstores, movie theaters, cafes, restaurants and bars. You will have the lunch at a kebap restaurant in the area and walk through street with visits at site. At the end of the tour, public transport will be used for getting back to the hotel. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

ISTANBUL - CAPPADOCIA, NORTH TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. Take a early morning flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia. After arrival at Cappadocia, transfer to the hotel. Check-in to hotel and get ready to explore North Cappadocia, The tour starts about 09.30 am from your hotel in the morning, you'll drive to Devrent Valley where the geografical formations remind a place of another planet. Then in Pasabagi, you'll take a stroll among the amazing fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. From there driving to Avanos to have lunch. Cappadocia is also famous with traditional pottery producument where you will also attend a work shop. The next visit is to Goreme Open Air Museum keeping the best preserved Byzantine cave churches in the area. Then return to the hotel about 17.30. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

SOUTHERN CAPPADOCIA TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. Depart from your hotel at 09.30 am and the day starts with a 4 km hike through the Rose Valley visiting the churches. The next visit is to Christian&Greek village of Cavusin. We will have the lunch in Pigeons Valley unique with small niches curved in the rocks. Cappadocia has several underground cities used by the residents to escape from their enemies and Kaymakli Underground City is among the famous ones being on our visiting list. You will also visit the Ortahisar Natural Rock Castle offering a beautiful view over the valley. Drop off at your hotel in the afternoon. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06

CAPPADOCIA – ISTANBUL

After Breakfast, today is free time in Cappadocia for extra activities. Later transfer to the airport and fly To Istanbul from Asr Airport and Transfer to Istanbul. After arrival at Istanbul, transfer to your hotel and check-in. Enjoy your day exploring nearby places or market. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

HALF DAY BOSPHORUS CRUISE, DEPARTURE

Breakfast at hotel. You will have a half day Bosphorus Cruise. Pick up time is at around 08:15 from the hotel. You will visit: Golden Horn (from the bus), Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar) and then have a boat cruise on Bosphorus by public boat. You will also view Imperial gardens of Royal Yildiz Palace, Çiragan Palace Hotel Kempinski and Beylerbeyi Palace during the tour.

After the cruise, you will be transferred to Istanbul International airport depending on your flight time. Journey ends with some memorable moments.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Turkey visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Turkey.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
