Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVAL IN COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

Arrival in Copenhagen and individual transfer to the hotel. Consider taking a walk in Tivoli Gardens, a must for all visitors to the city, that is located just a few minutes’ walk from City Hall. The scenery is beautiful with exotic architecture, historic buildings and lush gardens. At night, thousands of colored lights create a “fairy tale” atmosphere that is unique. Another must is taking a walking along the famous Nyhavn Canal, with its charming outdoor restaurants and picturesque cafés. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

DENMARK - COPENHAGEN SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the hotel. Discover the heart of the Danish capital, full of historical buildings and ancient streets. Admire the Little Mermaid statue, Gefion fountain, the Royal residence Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Castle, the home of the Danish Parliament, and the Royal Opera House. Recommended tours for the day: Royal Castle Tour or Canal Cruise. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

COPENHAGEN - OSLO CRUISE

Breakfast at the hotel. In the afternoon, make your way to the DFDS Ship Terminal, where you will embark for the overnight cruise to Oslo. Dinner buffet included. Overnight in inside cabins (outside cabins are available upon request).

Day 04

NORWAY - OSLO SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast on-board. Upon arrival in Oslo individual transfer to the hotel. During your stay in the Norwegian capital, you will have the opportunity to see the city’s finest sites including the Royal Palace, the National Theater, the Parliament, the Opera House on the waterfront, and the medieval Akershus Fortress. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

NORWAY - OSLO SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a walk through the magnificent Vigeland Sculpture Park, and then explore two of the most famous museums on Bygdøy Peninsula: the Fram Museum – to learn about brave Norwegian explorers and their amazing polar expeditions - and the Viking Ship Museum – to admire the world’s best-preserved Viking ships and learn about the rich Viking heritage. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06

OSLO - STOCKHOLM by TRAIN

Breakfast at the hotel. Reach Oslo Station on your own and take the train to Stockholm. Arrival in Stockholm and individual transfer to the hotel. Check-in to hotel and take a delicious breakfast. Later we explore Stockholm city by own or go for shopping. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

STOCKHOLM SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the hotel. Start your visit of Stockholm, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the North’, at Fjällgatan. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Swedish capital, spread out on 14 islands with Lake Mälar on one side and the Baltic Sea on the other. Afterwards walk through the picturesque narrow cobble-stoned alleys of the Old Town and stop by the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the city hall, where the annual Nobel Prize Award is held. Round off the day with a visit to the Vasa Museum. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08

DEPARTURE FROM STOCKHOLM

After breakfast, explore nearby places or go for shopping. Later Check-out from your hotel and transfer to Stockholm International Airport as per your flight time for your further journey.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

Schengen visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Europe / Scandinavian country.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
