Overview

The Gold Coast is a metropolitan region south of Brisbane on Australia’s east coast. It's famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots, and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to theme parks such as Dreamworld, Sea World, and Wet’n’Wild. Inland, hiking trails crisscross Lamington National Park’s mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest. Sydney, capital of New South Wales and one of Australia's largest cities, is best known for its harbourfront Sydney Opera House, with a distinctive sail-like design. Day 01

ARRIVAL BRISBANE, TRANSFER TO GOLD COAST

Arrival Brisbane, meet & greet at the airport. You will be met by our representative who will transfer you to Gold coast. Arrival Gold coast, Day at leisure to enjoy Gold Coast and its beautiful beaches. You can do some amazing shopping at Pacific Fair or gamble at the Conrad Jupiters. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

GOLD COAST - FULL DAY SEA WORLD

Breakfast at hotel. Full day visit to Sea world. Make contact with marine life wonders like dolphins, seals, sharks and polar bears at Australia SEA WORLD. Visit the amazing Shark Bay, the worlds largest man-made lagoon system, where you can come face-to-face with the most feared species of sharks in the world! Check out the new 4D animated presentation Planet SOS and experience the plight of our fragile planet and its changing environments. Visit Polar Bear Shores, watch the 1960 themed Waterski Wipe out show, visit Cartoon Network Cartoon Beach, enjoy the rides and attractions at Sesame Street Beach, where you can watch Bert & Ernie live stage show, featuring a full cast of characters singing and dancing up a storm. Day 03

GOLD COAST - FULL DAY MOVIE WORLD

GOLD COAST - PARADISE COUNTRY FARM TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit to Paradise country farm. Admission includes the following: Stockmen & Sheep Dog Show – Watch as our stockmen and their dogs round up a flock of sheep. Its here you be shown how to throw a boomerang, milk a cow and see how to crack a stockmen whip Sheep Shearing Show & Ram Parade – Join in the fun as you watch the skills of the master shearers in the Sheep Shearing Show and Ram Parade. Billy Tea and Stock Horse Arena – Relax around the campfire and enjoy a traditional Billy Tea and damper made by a local stockman whilst you experience the action of the outback as our skilled horsemen perform whip-cracking and riding demonstrations Kangaroo & Koala Sanctuary – Spend some time in the kangaroo and koala sanctuary where you can spot koalas as they snooze, feed the kangaroos and enjoy these charming marsupials in their natural setting. HAMILTON ISLAND

Breakfast at hotel, Hamilton Island has more than 60 activities to choose from, with sports, adventures, and experiences for every interest and energy level. Cruise to the Great Barrier Reef and nearby White haven Beach, sail a yacht through the Whitsundays, play a round of golf on one of Australia premier courses, snorkel the reef … or relax at a spa or by one of the many island pools and do nothing at all. the day is free at leisure to explore the Island on your own. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

HAMILTON ISLAND - SYDNEY

This morning after breakfast, transfers to the Airport for your flight to Sydney. Arrive Sydney, transfers to your Hotel. In the evening, enjoy the Show boat dinner cruise. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08

SYDNEY - HALF DAY CITY TOUR & DISCOVERY 2 PASSES

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for half day Sydney city tour. We visit Spectacular Darling Harbour, Sydney Entertainment Center, Chinatown, Sydney Aquarium and the Monorail, Sydney Opera House, The Rocks – Sydney's birthplace, Conservatorium of Music, Parliament House, Hyde Park, St James Cathedral, St Marys Cathedral, Art Gallery and the Domain, Visit Mrs Macquaries Chair – superb views of the harbour and city skyline, Royal Australian Naval Base of Garden Island, Kings Cross – Sydney hot spot, Exclusive Double Bay and Vaucluse, The Gap – stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Heads, Visit Bondi Beach – Australia most famous surf beach, Historic and trendy Paddington, Sydney Tower, Sydney Town Hall. Day 09

SYDNEY - FULL DAY BLUE MOUNTAINS TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. The day is free at leisure or you can travel over Sydney Harbour Bridge for a full circle tour of the Blue Mountains. Sheer escarpments, rugged bush land and awe-inspiring views from mountain lookouts. Ride the Scenic Railway, Scenic Cable way and Sky way Cable Car (own expense) and see the Three Sisters rock formation. Visit an Australian Wildlife Park, meet unique Australian animals and perhaps have your photo taken with a cuddly Koala! Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10

DEPARTURE

The tour of Australia ends with the exploration of best attractions of the city. After your breakfast, get yourself ready for a drive to reach the airport. There, you will catch the flight for your onward destination with all good memories.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

Australian Visa is required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain visa from embassy before your travel to Australia.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
