Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI

Nairobi the capital city of Kenya is known for its swampy land area with the refreshing ambiance and pleasing atmosphere. The tour at Nairobi starts with your arrival at the airport where you will be meeting your travel companion before proceeding for the hotel.

The day at Nairobi is free for leisure amidst the fresh air and the comfy stay. The bustling city with the rhythmic days and the uplifting lifestyle makes Nairobi a gathering point for every tourist. The gateway to the wildlife parks, the cultural museum and the tribal folklore are all that attracts travelers across the globe.

Day 02

TOURING THE LAKE NAIVASHA

Lake Naivasha makes one of the freshwater lakes of the Great Rift Valley where the magnificent river like Malewa and Gilgil merge. Continue the journey to the one of the famous lake of Kenya. Lake Naivasha is known to the water source for floriculture and the major tourist attraction with its abundance beauty. 


Reaching the destination, you can enjoy a pleasant boat ride and bird watching during the evening hours. Enjoy the boat ride amidst the fresh water, the tranquil atmosphere and the lush backdrop. The lake houses around 400 birdlife such as the kingfisher, the fish eagle and lot more. You will enjoy bird watching once the boat ride ends. The lake area with shallow water lying close to the shore offers niche to the wild hippos. End up the day at your most comfy accommodation near to the Lake Naivasha.

Day 03

THE MASAI MARA STOPOVER

Morning at Lake Naivasha is too pleasant to boost you up before your excursion to Masai Mara. Later with a drive passing through the Rift Valley, you will reach the Masai Mara National Reserve that is known to be the world famous game reserve.

The park houses the diverse population of the big cat family including the population of elephant, buffalo, zebra, hyena, giraffe, eland and gazelle. Refreshing yourself with lunch at the resort you can head out for the afternoon game drive at Masai Mara.

The gently sloping grasslands, open savannah and rolling hills make the place one of the beautiful game reserves to enjoy the game drive. You can even plan for an optional tour to Masai cultural village. The afternoon game drive will end up by the evening with your return to the lodge for dinner and a leisure stay.

Day 04

GAME DRIVE TOUR AT MASAI MARA

Supporting a large assortment of wildlife, Masai Mara can be referred to as the jungle book of Africa. The day game drive is divided into two parts as 0630 hrs and 1600 hrs respectively. The morning drive at Masai Mara is all perfect to capture the sight of Big Five including the lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. The clear sky offers the perfect sunrise and set view with a glimpse of the wildlife wandering to the open vast landscape and the savannah. he hot balloon rides at Masai Mara is one of the best activity that you can try as per your choice. 

In between the morning and afternoon drives a delicious meal for breakfast and lunch awaits you. Don’t miss out the chance to spot the magnificent Masai giraffe, the baboons, grey jackals and spotted hyena, the wild hartebeests and wildebeest. The tour of Masai Mara is best during the migration season to celery spot the wild beast as crocodiles, dwelling inside the premises.  The Mara and Talek River in the region holds a lifeline for the population of crocodiles and hippos. Day 05

THE INCREDIBLE VICTORIA FALLS

Resting on the western part of Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls is all known to be the spot for leisure, adventure and some refreshing sightseeing tour. Head out to Nairobi airport to catch a flight for Victoria Falls. De-boarding the flight at the airport, make your way to the hotel for a siesta.

The evening calls for an African Queens Sun downer Cruise tour for 2.5 hours where you can explore the scenic beauty, the diverse wildlife and the dusk. The cruise passes through the National Park where the animals and birds are gathered near the riverside. From the habitat of crocodiles, the population of Hippos and the diverse bird life, you can clearly sight the vibrant wildlife dwelling in the region during the cruise tour.

Day 06

EXCURSION TO VICTORIA FALLS

The morning meal with the stunning dawn is all you need to start up your day at Victoria Falls. The day is planned for a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls where you can capture the incredible landscape or enjoy a leisure break.

A short guided tour of Victoria Falls is a complete package to explore the rainforest, to witness the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and learn about the natural facts and perspective of the wildlife. With the legendary tales and folklore shows, you will learn about the traditional culture and ancient beliefs. Don’t miss out the “Smoke that Thunders” – the Victoria Falls, lying at the Zambia-Zimbabwe border, and witness the stunning view of the largest waterfall of South Africa.

After the guided tour of Victoria Falls, the rest of the day is all for your leisure and self-tour. You are free to plan the day by exploring the local areas or spending some comfy moments at your hotel. From river rafting to Cruising down the river, you can explore the wildlife at the National Park. End up your day tour by the evening to return back for a time off.

Day 07

LEISURE AT VICTORIA FALLS

The morning at Victoria Falls stars with leisure and a tempting meal. You have the day to rest at your reserved hotel or some adventure as the magnificent whitewater river rafting. The white water rafting at Zambezi River is known to be the wildest river rafting in South Africa. Classified into Grade 5 category, the rafting is extremely difficult, with some long and aggressive rapids, and sheer slope. 

The Victoria Falls is the largest waterfall that is spreading to a distance of more than 1 kilometre and height around 100 of meters. Try Bungee Jumping at Victoria Falls that is known to be the highest bungee jumping point. The place is an ideal spot for adrenaline junkies where you can enjoy the thrill from Zip line, Gorge Swing, Flying Fox and much more.

Day 08

DEPARTURE

Enjoy the morning with a delicious meal at the hotel admits the picturesque backdrop. You will enjoy the picturesque drive from Victoria Falls to the airport to end the tour. Reaching the airport, you can board the flight to the onward destination.

  • Kenya E-Visa is available for Indian passport holder. You need to E-visa before your travel to Kenya. Visa on arrival is also available for Indian passport holder.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
  • You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under. 
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

  • From 30-22 Days :  25%
  • From 20-16 Days :  50%
  • From 15-07 Days :  75%
  • From 06-00 Days :  100%

Refund Policy :

  • Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

  • The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
  • Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
  • If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
  • Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
  • Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
  • Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
  • Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
  • Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. 
  • The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
