TKarnataka is a beautiful South Indian state with several attractions drawing the senses of tourists from all around the blue planet. From magnificent historical edifices to insignias to which nature can show its extent of beauty, Karnataka is an empyrean for all sorts of travelers. \r\n\r\nThis 11 Nights and 12 Days itinerary is a travel plan that comprises visiting Best of Karnataka attractions. The major destinations covered in this tour package are Srirangapatna, Mysuru, Madikeri, Hassan, Shravanbelagoda, Hospet, Pattadakal, Aihole, Badami, Belgaum.

Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrive at Bengaluru

On arrival at the Bengaluru airport/railway station, meet our representative who will be there for your warm welcome and afterwards to transfer you to your already booked hotel in Bengaluru. Check in at the hotel and the rest of the day is free at leisure. During your free time, you can walk out to explore the surroundings, interact with locals, visit local markets or stay back in hotel to take pleasure of its modern amenities. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay and dinner in the hotel in Bengaluru.

Day 02

Bengaluru Sightseeing

In the morning after breakfast, we will leave for the local Sightseeing tour of Bengaluru wherein we will be visiting the major attractions of the city. Our day tour will include a visit to Nandi Temple, Vidhana Soudha, Botanical Garden or Lal Bagh, etc. After exploring these places, we will return back to the hotel for dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 03

Bengaluru - Srirangapatna – Mysuru

Today after having breakfast in the morning, we will drive to Mysuru. En-route, we will stop at the Srirangapatna- the capital of Tipu Sultan and explore its world famous tourist attractions such as Dariya Daulat Bagh, Srirangapatna Fort, etc. Afterwards, we will continue our journey to Mysuru. On arrival, we will check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. During your free time, you can walk out to explore the surroundings or take pleasure of the modern amenities available in the hotel. An overnight stay and dinner in the hotel in Mysuru.

Day 04

Mysuru – Madikeri

Today after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and drive to Madikeri, also known as Mercara, one of the naturally beautiful hill town of Karnataka. On reaching, we will check in at the already booked hotel and get ready to visit the Madikeri Fort, Nisargadhama and Abbey Falls (Abbi falls or Abbe falls). Afterwards, we will return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 05

Madikeri – Hassan

We will check out from the hotel in the morning after breakfast today. Afterwards, we will drive to Hassan. On reaching at our destination, we will check in at the pre-booked hotel and rest for some time. The evening is free for leisure activities wherein you can visit the famous Hindu and Jain temples or simply walk out to explore the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel in Hassan.

Day 06

Hassan - Shravanbelagoda – Hassan

Today, we will leave for a day tour to Shravanbelagoda after breakfast in the morning. Shravanbelagoda is a renowned religious sites of Jain devotees that has a 57-feet tall monolithic statue of Bhagwan Gommateshvara Bahubali who is regarded as the protector of Shravanbelagoda. After exploring this major tourist destination throughout the day, we will return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 07

Hassan – Hospet

In the morning after breakfast, we will leave from Hassan and proceed to Hospet by road. On arrival, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Hampi is a village in northern Karnataka, India. It was one of the largest and richest cities in the world during its prime. A comfortable overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 08

Hospet- Belur & Halebid- Hospet

The day is fixed for visiting a proposed UNESCO World Heritage Site of Belur and Halebid temples. After breakfast in the morning, we will drive to explore the ancient Belur and Halebid temples. These temples were constructed during the 12th century and are famous for their stunning South Indian architecture. They have carvings from Puranas, Upnishads and characters from the Ramayana as well as the Mahabharata. After exploring these temples, we will return back to our hotel in Hospet for a relaxing overnight stay and dinner.

Day 09

Hospet - Pattadakal - Aihole - Badami

In the morning, after breakfast, we will drive to Badami, formerly known as Vatapi. The place was once served as the royal capital of the Chalukyas. En-route, we will stop at Aihole and Pattadakal. While Aihole is a striking temple complex built by the rulers of Chalukya Dynasty, Pattadakal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with around 10 temples that portray a perfect blend of Indian architectural styles. After exploring the ancient temples of Pattadakal and Aihole, we will continue our drive to Badami. On arrival, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure during which you can either rest in your room or go for a leisure walk. An overnight stay in the hotel in Badami.

Day 10

Badami Sightseeing

After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for the local Sightseeing tour in Badami and visit its major tourist destinations including Rock-Cut cave temples, Tipu's Fort, Badami Fort and Bhutanatha Temples. Afterwards, we will return back to our hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 11

Badami - Belgaum, Local Sightseeing

We will check out from the hotel and drive to Goa. On the way, we will stop to visit Belgaum and explore its major tourist destinations like Jama Masjid, Belgaum Fort, Kamal Basati, The Kapileshwar Temple and Ananthashayana Temple. Later, we return back to hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 12

Departure from Belgaum (Belgavi)

On the last day of our tour, we will drive to the Belgaum (Belgavi) airport after having breakfast in the hotel to catch the flight for onward destination.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
